Super nice stay, with super friendly people! A recommendation for sure!

Really nice, easy going people. Perfect stay, with a superb view! A lot of extra care for advising on day trips, restaurants etc. And especially the walk with Oskar the donkey was a highlight for the kids!

Beautiful authentic design and very comfy rooms with natural furniture.

Nice accomodation to stay for agro-tourists

An apartment is located in the house of the owners. It's a place for agro-tourism. The house is surrounded by wine yards and other fruit plantations. View from a terrace is over a valley and mountains. The apartment has facility to clean and dry the cloths. Also, a nearby restaurant which is located in a hotel is quite affordable and home wine there is only 1.5 euro. I would rate that wine on Vivino as 3.9.

A host didn't tell us on time that a washing machine will be charged extra. I think it's a minor issue, cuz everything else regarding food, cleanliness, location is great.

All’arrivo in struttura non c’é nessuno ad accogliere gli ospiti, la proprietaria invia le varie informazioni ed indicazioni su come raggiungere la struttura tramite whatsapp usando un italiano poco comprensibile. La strada per raggiungere la struttura é molto stretta quando si incrociano altre auto si fanno tratti in retromarcia. L’accesso alla struttura è poco agevole e per accedere alle stanze mi è una scala in legno molto ripida senza passamano , cosa non specificata nella descrizione della struttura ma fondamentale . La struttura é molto datata come le vettovaglie, lenzuola federe e il piumino, ed anche l’arredamento …i materassi sono molto scomodi, entrano spifferi dalle finestre e dal perlinato in legno della stanza … per non parlare degli spifferi che entrano dalla porta della stanza ! Il giorno del check out la proprietaria alle 7.45 con un messaggio whatsapp mi informa che devo pulire e lasciare in ordine !! Pulire ???? Informo subito l’assistenza Booking dell’accaduto e mi rispondono prontamente che non si ha nessun obbligo di fare pulizie … ahimè la proprietaria non ha mai risposto alla mia segnalazione . Vorrei far notare che ci sono pochissime foto degli ambienti interni della struttura e che nel pacchetto del soggiorno non é compreso il panorama i vigneti e gli animali …ma bensì gli ambienti della struttura stessa ! Rapporto qualità prezzo esagerato ! Soggiorno da dimenticare

Un lugar idílico en plena naturaleza

El alojamiento era muy cómodo, calentito ,con unas vistas espectaculares y una ubicación en plena naturaleza pero a la vez cerca de pueblos y supermercados. Nicole una anfitriona muy amable y atenta a cualquier necesidad.

Dormire in un vero maso dell'Alto Adige

Un antico maso a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Bressanone, circondato da vigneti e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne che circondano la città. La camera era davvero carina, calda e accogliente. La pulizia impeccabile, la simpatia e la disponibilità di Nicole hanno reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno in questa bella struttura!

Struttura sconsigliata

Solo la posizione

Strada di accesso terribile, strettissima, accesso alla camera attraverso ambienti comuni, senza ascensore. Senza aria condizionata e finestra piccola, stanza molto calda. Bagno vecchio, letto e materasso vecchi, da rivedere completamente. La signora non sapeva nemmeno parlare italiano (!) nonostante l'Alto Adige è Italia a tutti gli effetti. Prezzo altissimo e spropositato per la qualità offerta.

Oasi di pace

Posto magnifico, oasi di pace, mini appartamento con perfino l'altalena all'interno. Posto immerso tra vigneti e meleti ma con comodissimo parcheggio privato, ideale per famiglie e coppie. Torneremo sicuramente.

Gemütlich, Ruhe, Entspannung

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, um unsere Reise zu unterbrechen. Auf dem Hof würde ich aber auch eine Woche richtig gut verbringen können. Es ist so angenehm, gemütlich und schön dort. Vor allem draußen gibt es viele tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten zum entspannen und erholen. Unser Hund durfte sich draußen frei bewegen, es hat niemanden gestört. Es gab viele Spielsachen für Kinder und einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Sitzecke im Haus, den alle nutzen können sowie eine Waschmaschine.

Ausblick garantiert- tolle Wohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung auf einem schönen Bauernhof zwischen den Rebbergen und einem grandiosen Blick. Wir hatten die "Schaukeltraum"-Wohnung- alles da was man braucht und unser Sohn hatte Spaß mit der Schaukel in seinem Zimmer ;-). Ein paar Tage Erholung sind hier sicher und es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge um Südtirol zu erkunden. Nach den Ausflügen/Wanderungen kann man sich super auf der Wiese im Liegestuhl erholen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Balkon wäre noch "nice to hvae" gewesen :-) Leider kaum mehr Tiere auf dem Hof.

Posto bellissimo.

Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia (ho due bambine di 6 e quasi 2 anni) e una famiglia di amici con una bimba di 2 anni. Abbiamo occupato un appartamento e una camera con lettino aggiunto. Abbiamo sempre cucinato nel nostro appartamento. Letti comodi. Possibilità di mangiare insieme anche nel salottino comune sottostante. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria Nicole, che mi ha lasciato il suo numero e rispondeva pure su whatsapp. Adoro i gatti, e ho potuto fare entrare e tenere in casa i gatti dei proprietari per tutto il soggiorno. Luogo bellissimo a poca distanza da Novacella (per gli amanti del vino) e Bressanone.
