Private house with big garden offered full service and relax

Amount of space around the property. New equipment. Nice trees and hammocks scattered in the property terrain. View of the lighthouse is great.

While the fairly new place is furnished in the cheapest possible equipment and lacks basic things like washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher. Between the property and the sea, there are several huge camping sites, so it's not quiet/remote seaside area. Just outside of property ower keeps three big, chained hounds and comes twice a day to feed them, it's not very disturbing but makes you feel watched. Communication chaos in English -> owner doesn't speak English at all, but their daughter that will WhatsApp you speaks. So, you communicate through her and it's hard to shake the feeling that she's annoyed by every contact. We visited a lot of places in Croatia, this one is nice, but organized in cheapest possible way, without much dedication and with additional quirks. I wouldn't come there again. If this would be significantly cheaper, it might be worth it.
