Safe, quiet, welcoming, homely, pretty with well kept garden. Very respectable area. Home from home type.
Hosts had very little or no English and we found it difficult to communicate. There were no shops in the area and little to see. There is a nice beach close by with a lovely Restaurant. Beautiful church within easy walking.

I would also like to highlight the convenient location and the cleanliness of the room! I would definitely recommend your hotel to all potential guests! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you, and on our next visit to Rome we will definitely stay with you again!
