de ligging en de afstand naar het centrum van dortmund. PArking net voor de deur
de verwarming, het was ijzig koud en kil de 2 eerste dagen, daarna was er eindelijk verwarming,

Alles war sauber und ordentlich, es gab für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt nichts zu bemängeln. Man hat alles, was man benötigt.
Es war trotz Heizung etwas kühl.

Dieses Apartment und hier unsere Wohnung mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer ( 1x Doppelbett, 1x 2 Bettzimmer und 1x Einzelbett) ist für einen sehr günstigen Preis zu mieten. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber für den Mietpreis angemessen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben mit dem Taxi zur Dortmunder Westfahlen Halle ca.20 € gezahlt was auch super ist. Somit ist die Lage doch als gut zu bewerten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell unkompliziert und zuverlässig.

Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen einfache Ausstattung
Keine Kaffeemaschine, sehr schmale Treppe bis ins Obergeschoss Kontaktdaten des Vermieters waren nicht ersichtlich, fand ich schade Entfernung bis zum Zentrum zu weit
