Super Lage, sehr zentral! Nur wenige Minuten von City, Dortmund U, Deutsches Fußballmuseum, Metrostation zu Fuß. Gute Größe für 2 Personen, gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad, gut designte Ausstattung! Im Haus ruhig, Aufzug vorhanden. Freundlicher Kontakt am Telefon, da wir eine Frage hatten!
Parken war nicht einfach, da im Umfeld alle Plätze gegen Gebühr, aber uns wurde am Telefon geholfen. Durch die Lage direkt an der 4-spurigen Straße und Fenster zur Straße nicht ganz leise. Vor allem aufgrund der Hitze wollten wir das Fenster offen lassen, bei Nacht aber keine gute Idee! Bei der Hitze wäre ein Ventilator gut gewesen, da keine Klimatisierung vorhanden.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war von Anfang an schnell und total unkompliziert. Der private Parkplatz war ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: direkt an der Innenstadt. Wir waren wegen eines Fußballspiels in Dortmund und konnten den Signal Iduna Park bequem in etwa 35 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Für uns der perfekte Kurzurlaub! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Weiterempfehlung ⚽️💛🖤💛⚽️
