Amanzingly quiet
Loved the private onsen and tatami room
Had everything we needed to cook
Hiking path nearby
Open lounge with free drinks, incuding to go
Private bath big enough to fit 2
Free temporary kimono
The cabin had a strong smell of bamboo/wheat when we first arrived. After letting some fresh air in, the smell mellowed down. Maybe ask the staff to leave the windows opened before your arrival.

We went in winter -very quiet and the property is a bit tired and isolated-probably better in summer
