Good place to relax with a great onsen. The views from the room were soo good and reasonable distance from all ther main attraction in city of Ito. The neighboorhood its located in is very calm & safe. The common area was stocked with essential entertainment stuff to pass time!

客室からは日の出を含め、オーシャンビューで景観は最高でした。また、温泉の露天・内風呂ともに時間予約制で他に気兼ねなく楽しむことができました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、コーヒーとティーのフリードリンクも良かったです。チェックイン後の外出・帰宿も自由で伊豆高原グランイルミを時間を気にすることなく最後まで楽しめました。
良くなかった点はありませんが、アクセスが分かり難く、行き着くまでに道に迷ってしまいました。

The place is charming (e.g., has a bookable private onsen and a nice garden) and had all you need: a nice common kitchen, food you can buy, and even a projector in the room!!
The host was 10 out of 10 - a kind, young man whose basic English combined with great commitment and communication skills made the check-in and check-out smooth and a nice experience.
Would definitely do again! :)
Some signs around the hotel were only in Japanese.
