Ambiente lindo, aconchegante, boa localização, pertinho do Lago São Bernardo mas em uma rua pouco movimentada, trazendo uma calmaria pro ambiente. Torneira aquecida até no banheiro.
Apenas faltou pia e fogão na cozinha para fazermos refeições e lavar os utensílios. Os talheres eram pequenos e frágeis, dificultando um pouco para fazer refeições (almoço/jantar) no local. Para café da manhã eram de fácil uso.
