We really enjoyed our stay at Naganoya! It's tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood with narrow, charming streets, about 10 minute walk from train/subway connections and the Nijo Palace. Just a few minutes walk from a shopping street with supermarket, drug store, terrific small restaurants. Check-in was easy and our room was clean and well-appointed. AC worked great. The elevator was appreciated as my husband has mobility issues.
Our room was quite small for three of us, and the beds were very, very firm. But not deal breakers!

The location was convenient. The water pressure in the bathroom was great
The furnishing of the room was a bit drab and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was very basic and was not as expected based on the photos.
