入住一開始給一間冷氣壞掉的房間，其實這種問題是不應該發生的，打掃房間時就要發現回報給前台管理人員處理。
我是覺得商家是不是客人沒反應就賣一間賺一筆的心態。

入住當天是星期六，以這次的入住價格來說已相當實惠，提供的房間也出乎自己意料(多了我認為不會有的設備)。
服務本身含早餐，餐點的準備簡單，卻能兼顧不同族群的飲食需要，且地點優渥。
以自行駕車或騎車旅行的人來說，前往週邊城市聚落也都相當方便，在安排行程上很適合作為落腳住宿的地方。

接待的櫃檯小姐很親切。
房間很大，雖然一開始旅館弄錯給了兩張單人床，後來另類升等變成兩張雙人床。地點離火車站比較遠，離雲科大近，住宿環境蠻安靜，附近還有稻田。
1）浴室沒有乾濕分離，蓮蓬頭會漏水，掛蓮蓬頭的固定架也壞了。
2）房間除了空調還有天花板的風扇，因為一進房間超級無敵悶熱，開了風扇覺得非常的吵。
