The Receptionist Girl Irina, was very helpful and friendly. She is a great asset for the development of the hotel in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also, the location is quite convenient.
Nothing specific, everything was great for the price.

It was quiet and peaceful. The staff is really nice and willing to help.
Multiple things, we requested for a room with double bed which was initially approved, but when we arrived, they couldn’t arrange one, instead they offered us a dessert. The rooms are really tiny, no place to put your bags. During breakfast, one of the half fried eggs had a bug on it. When we complained about it, they again offered us with a free dessert, I kind of find it funny.
