    Excellent hotel. Only problem is that there is only a lift on one side of the atrium. We stayed in room 5050, exactly on the opposite side. We walked probably 300 meters from the room to the lifts. Not good for elderly or bad backs!

    We had a great stay with our family. The location was excellent, with the tram station conveniently nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

    The first day was great then we got lucked out of our room for a false accusation that we eventually proved wrong, but it was not appropriate to do it like that, we got free drinks for a compensation and the room was very basic. There was one chair in the room for four. and a small table… the shower had a bath, which was nice, but it was kinda open between the shower and the bathroom so you don’t really have a lot of privacy in the bathroom, we ended up going to a different bathroom around the hotel most times.. The breakfast buffet is OK food and some of the employees are very nice and some of them are very rude. It’s just depends how lucky you are when you ask for something.. same at the front desk some of the employees were very nice and helpful and some of them just wanted to get the job done and get you out of there as fast as possible. All they know it was nice. I don’t know if I would pay that again to stay in this hotel there’s hotels closer to the center of the city. We went to this one for the casino and the casino is pretty small way smaller than we expected unfortunately.. there’s tons of casinos in city center
