Brand hotel of course, friendly staff, but few things to be improved. Especially the last one shouldn’t have happened. 1. a hotel with almost 800 rooms, these was a long waiting line when I checked in, and only one staff at the reception. 2. Again, long waiting line for the breakfast 3. from before 8:00 am to 9:50, the cleaning crew knocked my door at least 3 times to check if I have checked out so they can clean the room. This was unacceptable , they could have simply checked with the reception if the guest had already checked out or not.

Були а липні, hilton на вищому рівні,але ніхто не описувати та не інформування про умови ,виключення,інтернет,тощо. Сніданок чудовий. Готель красивий, тераса та кафе біля - якщо знати,що є - супер! Фітнес зал входить. Але: в готелі є спа,за який є оплата. Пішли з візитом туди в халатах та нам сказали ,що це платно. Ніде інфо про це та про умови немає. На місці записати на номер не могли. Інтернет також. Треба уточнювати як реєструватися ,бо є платна функція. Потрібно було повертатися в номер ,щоб картой зробити оплату за спа. Не зовсім розумію такий сервіс ,розуміючи ,що це 4 звезди. Якщо просто розглядати як готель та не використовувати інші послуги,то добре!

Hilton did it again, wonderful stay despite fully booked place.The hospitality of the executive team went above and beyond, there are many staff around always eager to help and you can tell they training many new people from around the globe. Special thank you to the young lady at the spa reception as well as the team at the plentiful bufet breakfast . Would recommend Hilton for its know comfort and hospitality as heading back to North America.

Lots of noise. There was drilling right outside my room and could not sleep
