About this house rental
The housing is located in the area of the World Biosphere Reserve where you can be in contact with nature, mountains, ocean and the daily calm of a rural environment, inside we want you to feel at home where an environment dominates calm, comfortable and with good energies. The property consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, kitchen and pantry, plus it has a balcony where you can enjoy views of the mountains, a garden. It is an easily accessible property where you have two options to leave the car near the house or pedestrian access about 50m. to complete is a modern housing built and equipped to make you feel at home as much as possible.
Please note that from June 1, 2024, a Tourist Tax (Santana City Council) of €2 per guest, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged, not included in the total booking amount, and must be paid on-site (accommodation) on the day of your arrival. This Tourist Tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. It is subject to a maximum amount of €14 per guest.

La maison est parfaitement entretenue
La propriétaire a mis tout en oeuvre pour qu'on s'y sente bien
Elle a établie un classeur avec toutes les meilleures adresses : activités, restau, lieux à visiter. Elle a également afficher toutes les rando faisables avec leur temps, difficulté et localisation
Elle nous a accueilli avec du Madère et des petits gâteaux
Elle est douce, agréable et très discrète
Ce lieu est parfait pour se reposer, se ressourcer

Nous avons été très touchés par l' accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. La maison est au calme, rien n'y manque. Bien située, elle permet de visiter aisément le nord de Madère.

Nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 enfants (9 et 12 ans) et nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nélio et sa petite famille ! Ce sont des gens très sympathiques, accueillants et qui se rendent disponibles ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse ! le logement est conforme à la description , il est bien situé et tranquille ! Si un jour nous retournons à Madère, nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés !
