House numbers 36 to 40 are exactly the same lnn, using the same entrance, but appear under different names in booking websites. WiFi was never working during my 3 day stay, no one around to complaint about, but I manged to use the WiFi of guest house No. 32 (same owner). Self check-in only, must use taiwanese LINE App to get door code. Cleaness could be better, lot of dust >2 meters from room floor.

Had good experience staying in the hotel. This is a self-checking hotel. The rooms were very cosy with exceptional aesthetics. The only disadvantage was its location which is remote. Apart from that, since its a self-check in, we were unable to get the support for the issues we faced. Despite the shortcomings, I highly recommend this place for someone who are looking for budget-friendly stay.

I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The fact that it was only *** per night and that the bed was quite comfortable were the only redeeming qualities. I booked it because I liked the idea of a British themed room, but the room I had was not the one advertised in the photos, there was nothing British themed about it. The air-con unit was extremely difficult to work, the settings were completely in Chinese and one really had to guess at things and just hope you accidentally hit the setting you wanted. The shower had only one water temperature setting - scalding! Toilet paper was not provided, I had to go out and buy my own roll. Now, most of this could have been sorted by communicating with the host, but sadly they were only available on THE LINE app, which I couldn't get to work. Checking-in proved difficult, the outside door and the door to my room required an electronic code which was only sent to me at 5pm on the afternoon of check-in. The next day the outside door code wouldn't work at all, I had to wait for another guest to either enter or exit so that I could get in. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm generally pretty forgiving on these things, but even at ***/night this was far too much aggravation. Whoever owns the place clearly has no point of pride in customer service as even the most basic facets are overlooked. I didn't stay for my third night, I went and booked a proper room elsewhere instead.
