Bestes Hotel. Freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges Frührstück. Sehr sehr saubere Zimmer. Absolut ruhige Nächte in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt im Zentrum. Umfangreiche professionelle Kurangebote inklusive kostenfreien Besuch des Aquaparks von Montag bis Freitag. Franzensbad ist außergewöhnlich empfehlenswert: die herzallerliebste Bäderarchitektur, erholsame Parks und jeder begrüßt dich mit einem freundlichen 'Guten Tag'. Jeder Tag verstreicht hier auf das Angenehmste.

Good breakfast
There was no staff, no reception, no personal, the hotel seemed abandoned, when we arrived we had problem to check in due to malfunction of the automatic system , apparently all the guests had this problem. The room was the one we paid for. But this was not very the problem, it was maily the atmosphere which you don't want to find when you go for hotel. The guests are on their own and not there is no care for them at all. Better to go to airbnb. I understand the crisis and the cuts but still people are paying for a service that is not there.
