Three days of fun spent arguing with the hotel about their unreasonable policies - like no hand soap and not being able to get extra towels for the room - and the poor room design. There was a very unhelpful glass door obstructing the area for hanging clothes and the sink. Too many things to list in detail, but would definitely not come again, nor recommend this hotel chain to others. There were some friendly and helpful staff, but it felt like others had fake smiles and weren't interested in helping guests have a pleasant stay. It's a shame, as the property has some positive aspects, like the freshly cooked breakfast, strong water pressure, and shuttle van. However, we lost so many hours of sleep and couldn't even enjoy the stay. There was a bright light above a mirror which could not be turned off and shone in our eyes as we tried to sleep. Most annoying was the loud rat scratching noise coming from the ceiling space during the night. The night staff said the sound was normal. Sure. It kept us up for hours. The AC was new and cold, and the kids enjoyed the hotspring water in the large bathtub, though we were always worried one of us would slip on the single steep angled step leading out of the soaking tub. The shower head was in an awkward position, and sprayed water directly into your eyes instead of down onto your head. The room had potential, but there were too many other little inconveniences that made the stay very frustrating. We also had to spend a good amount of time and energy communicating with the hotel and Agoda about discrepancies between Agoda's listing and actual services and amenities on site. The troubles began before we ever even arrived. How exhausting. I want my time and money back.

    連假還可以訂到房間，CP值還不錯，有含簡單自助bar早餐，房間乾淨。設備基本都有，不過，房間沒有溫泉可以泡湯，小失望。

Highly recommended! The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious—perfect for a solo traveler like me. The bathtub is also large enough for a couple, which was a nice bonus 😊
