The location was ideal, a few steps from the beach, easy access. Parking in front of the house with a private access. Lots of windows and light. Very close to Vieste and other small cities such as Peschici, Rodi Garganico, Mattinata, Manfredonia. Matteo the owner was always available and gave many suggestions as to restaurants, supermarkets, places to go. The property is all enclosed therefore our small dog could be left in the garden without any problem.
That our stay was too short!

Everything was absolutelly perfect. The house is nice, comfortable and fully equiped. There is a garage, a swimming pool and an amazing garden-bed on the terrace with a view of the sea. The beach is just in front of the house. Matteo, the owner, is very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the holiday very much.

Exceptional! This place was one of the best we ever experienced! The house is incredible, it has it all: great swimming pool, beautiful garden, everything you need inside, everything is new and super clean. The roof deck is the perfect location for the aperitivo at the sunset with sea view. The location is also perfect, just in front of a very nice beach, with a Trabucco that can be visited, a short stroll from 2 nice restaurants. Vieste is also perfect for the evening stroll, and only 15 minutes away (driving) . Matteo is the perfect host, he was very accommodating with check-in and check out times, always available, but also very discreet and suggested some great restaurants in the area. We will return for sure.

Excellent location on a relatively quite beach right across the street with easy access to the beautiful town of Vieste. Our stay was made even more pleasant by Matteao who was always available to help with a smile.
