This property was okay but not what we expected from the description of the property. This property could use a refresh

3 bedrooms, washer, dryer and parking on site

Beds were not comfortable. Bedding needs to be replaced and dining table in the middle of the living room. Dishes were not very clean and no paper towel or dish cloths. The host was not responsive to any of my texts. When we arrived we expected on site reception as indicated on our booking however we had to call the number to get have someone come to let us in. This is not great if you do not have access to a phone.

Good value private property let.

Great value for money. The lady who provided the keys was very nice.

There is no ‘Reception’ . It’s a private residence that would be better accommodated on AirBnB. To gain access, once discovering that there is no reception as it’s a private residence, you have to ring the number on the booking and the lady employee arrives some time afterwards. There is €250 deposit required, in cash, which is a bit steep! Only one toilet roll supplied for four adults for three nights- so make sure you bring your own!!

Overall it was a good value for a good apartment, albeit a bit further from central ville than I had hoped.

Very nice owner. Very responsive and helpful. The property was in good condition, very secure and was a good place to stay for a good value.

It was not as centrally located as I had thought and without the use of a car, it was difficult to find walkable restaurants for dinner.

The host was very nice and helpful. The Apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities were excellent.

A comfortable well equipped property with easy access into the centre and cycle routes.

The apartment is on the first floor and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were met by the friendly and helpful owner who gave us a thorough handover including where the shops were and how to get into the centre using the Tram system, which is a short 10 minute walk. Trams run about every 20 minutes. The apartment is also close to cycle routes including the Velo Francette, which is a national route from Caen to La Rochelle and passes through Suisse Normandy. There is ample covered bicycle parking in the basement for at least 6 bikes - but bring a good lock as the basement is used by other residents. It's also an easy 20 minute walk into the centre via the Hippodrome park.

Nothing we didn't like - the apartment was perfect for our party of 4 cyclists.

Nice accommodations - excellent host

Easy to park, secure, kitchen, three bedrooms. Feels like you are staying in a relatives house.

Not a big issue, just need to make sure to have the 250€ deposit in cash. There is a nearby teller if you forget (like me).

Everything you may need

Everything was fine. The flat is comfy and well taken care of. I was able to prepare my dinner with no problem whatsoever. Sandra was very nice. I went downtown walking, it was just a nice stroll

De foto's bij Booking lijken bij lange na niet op de werkelijkheid, wat een armoe, veel halfdooie en zielige planten in potten, die zou ik per direct weghalen met verhuur, nutteloos, stoel kapot en hier en daar schade, teveel privé rommel wat niet nodig is. Bedden leken qua entourage beddengoed absoluut niet op de foto's bij Booking Lampen stuk, barst in de wastafel, schade aan de voordeur enz

Appartement confortable et agréable

Appartement très spacieux Parking facile. On trouve toujours de la place. Linge de lit et serviettes fournis. Bien aménagé L’hôte a été très accueillante disponible. Prévoir un chèque pour la caution qui est rendue dès le départ sans problème.

Malheureusement les voisins bruyants. Ce n’est pas du ressort de l’hôte mais cela peut être gênant.
