Everything was fine and nice. They waited for us with homemade cake and wine. In the kitchen, we got a totally new (never used) sponge and there was dish soap as well (I have already met with an apartment where we had to buy these stuff for ourselves). The bathroom was also very clean with enough towels and they also asked us if we need more of them or something to wash. The wardrobes were also practical with lots of clothes hanger. The beds were comfortable, we slept well.
There wasn't any AC but we opened the windows and we could make an air-blast and there was also a blowing-machine.
