Quiet - sometimes. Beer is well priced. There is no passing traffic. The only bright aspects are 1. They supply toilet paper, and 2. It's a reasonably nice plot of land.

The way this place is advertised on Booking.com (and AirBNB I believe) deceptively makes it sound like there are rooms here (noting that the check-out process says "Book this Rooom") - there are not! It's basically just a field with a toilet and beer (to call it a camping ground would be overstating it) the description for which is glibly shoehorned into the suggestion that it has roooms thereby maximizes reach and subterfuge - it's a crafty trick which only works because the place is so cheap compared to the other insane prices in this area in summer. Sitting around watching people arrive, you see the confusion on their faces, some arguments about misrepresentation and some acceptance by others (no other choices around). This guy runs a 'minimal effort' operation - no food, only beer, no morning coffee - a fireplace at night around which the drinkers of beer get plastered and make noise until 3am. The showers are open (no privacy). The WIFI is TERRIBLE. If you're looking for a great restaurant, go 1.7 km up the hill. To be clear, this is a block of land half converted to a camping area - you will need a tent or van, food, drink and some sort of 4G/5G internet.
