alles super!! es war so ruhig und idyllisch, dass private onsen auf der terasse, war ein absoluter traum!! das essen war auch sehr lecker😊

The food and in-house refreshments.
The staff made people feel that they don’t like to work there. And the way they speak to customer over the phone is quite blunt. Also the hot spring is not hot at all as it should have been (said 48 degree on the label but really it’s under 38).
