Great location, right in front of the lake.
there is no elevator, no staff or receptionist at the hotel.

The Staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions, they were able to give us plenty of ideas for activities in the area, they were also very easy to reach out and communicate on WhatsApp. The location is perfect, the room was very nice and clean, and the AC working and nice and cool, and the wifi was nice and fast. The complimentary bottled water was a very nice touch, as well as the picnic breakfast provided.
The directions for locating the front desk could have been better, or at least a picture of the front door in the room photos (it's located to the right of the restaurant to the right of the main staircase going down to the lake). The room had curtains on the window in the room, but not in the bathroom, which is accessed from the room by an opaque door - the ambient street lighting made the room a little too bright for our liking at night.

Great location and everything very clean. The highlight were the staff, who were happy to help send my bags to a future hotel. They sorted it all out before I had even arrived, were extremely helpful when I was there, and continued to make sure I was ok after leaving. The best hotel/B&B staff I have ever come across!

This is a good hotel in a great location,just a few minutes walk to the busy old street area.It is easy for drop off and pick up,or catching a bus,and directly up the stairs next door to old street and street food and all the action.Lovely quiet view and delicious home cooked breakfast.A nice family run hotel.
