We loved everything at Bana Hills. It was a great experience.
The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was a spread of everything you could choose from.

Cold behaviour of staff.
No clear directions of where the reception is upon reaching at the top of Bana Hills.
Dinner buffet for Indian vegetarian is expensive with very limited choices.
Once you come down, Mercure expects guest to call on their phone before they can arrange pick up to hotel car park. Guest with International phone can not call and have to figure out themselves how to reach car park- 15 min walk with luggage.
