GULFSIDE VISTAS is a beautiful penthouse condo and is the perfect place to spend your stay in Key West, with panoramic views of the Gulf and cruise ships as they dock nearby. You'll have ocean views on three sides of GULFSIDE VISTAS, and two spacious balconies as well.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.
THE LIVING AREA...
You can see the ocean from any point in the open plan living area, and it is full of light. Sunsets are especially breathtaking. The kitchen of GULFSIDE VISTAS has granite counter tops and upgraded appliances, including the Sub-Zero refrigerator. There's even a bar with seating for four. The 50 INCH flat screen TV and stereo are great for those nights you aren't out on the town. The living room has a couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa that can accommodate an extra two guests. There's a powder room in the hall for the convenience of your guests.
THE POOL and THE BEACH...
The Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the waterfront. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
• Master Bedroom: King bed, direct access to the sundeck, large closets, and an en-suite bathroom with twin vanities, a tub, and a shower.
• Second Bedroom: Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, large closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
ALL LAST KEY VACATION HOMES INCLUDE:
• Washer and Dryer
• Central Heat and A/C
• Ceiling Fans
• Flat Screen TVs in Living Room & All Bedrooms

• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

This property is perfectly located in Truman Annex, next door to the Truman Little White House and a very short walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. And the sunset view from the balcony was breathtaking. Nancy with the property management team, Last Key Realty, was very responsive and efficient. One note: every morning at 8am, you’ll hear the National Anthem from the Naval base next door. If you’re a late sleeper, this may not be the perfect place for you.

Family stayed here over Christmas and it was wonderful. It was our third time in KW and these accommodations were the best so far. Plenty of room, pictures and description matched what we saw online, location was great, and the view was amazing. One very very minor thing was we noticed when we walked around in socks the bottoms were a little dirty. Perhaps the floors could have been a cleaned a little better. Honestly its barely worth mentioning and would absolutely not be a reason not to book here. We would definitely return.

Gulfside Vistas is a beautiful condo. The views are fantastic...even better than the the photos. We enjoyed watching the huge cruise ships arrive and depart. The master bedroom is large and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Although small, the spare bedroom is nice as well. The living area is quite large and has a nice flat screen display and a really nice stereo. The swimming pool is very nice and clean with great views of the ocean. The property is close to everything. We will definitely be back in the future.
