Property needs some updating. Shower door and shower head needs replaced. One bedroom had no dresser or closet. Furniture in tv room needs up dated with more comfortable pieces. Must say, location was excellent!!!

It is a great condo with all the amenities that you need. Very comfortable and roomy for our whole family. It's great having the pool so close to the condo but the only complaint is all of the iguana poop by the pool - unsightly and unsanitary. However, the location makes up for it - loved being so close to Duval and Mallory Square. Will definitely consider renting this condo again.

The location and space was perfect. The property could use some updating and repairs but we overlooked that based on what we needed for our family. Overall the property just needs to be updated with new furniture and de-cluttered. Simple things like the toilet paper holder not being attached properly, the outdoor table umbrellas being broken, the concrete being cracked that connected the outdoor door gate presenting a challenge to open and other minor things seem to be simple fixes to make the experience better. But having 3 bedrooms, that massive deck that we used every day and the location made up for some of the property's shortcomings. We would definitely book this again should the City of Key West reverse their monthly rental requirement for Truman Annex properties.

We have stayed in numerous places in Key West. This time we thought we would try a condo. What a wonderful surprise; the view of sunset from the patio was awesome!! We spent most of our time outside; it changed our normal routine when visiting the island. There were six of us, plenty of room. It’s a beautiful condo. Completely changed my mind about where I want to stay on the island. The local is perfect, the swimming pool was very nice and everything was very clean!!
