Whatever your issue is, go to the staff and they will solve it with the honest smile on their faces + we could communicate in English. We stayed for 5 days late August, we always had hot water! Hostel is located 10 minutes from plaza de armas which makes it a great location.

I would thoroughly recommend this homely accommodation situated not too far from San Pedro market, and just a few minutes further to Plaza de Armas. The hospitality and welcome provided was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and responses were swift. A taxi was arranged for me from the airport which was comparable in price to what I had read direct bookings would be at the kiosks; I stored my bag whilst completing the Salkantay trek, and used the laundry service when I returned which was then ready the same day. The property and its courtyard are very charming, the room simple but spacious with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, and very comfortable. The breakfast was wholesome: local bread, eggs cooked fresh, cheese, ham, a bottle of fresh orange juice, and tea and coffee to help yourself to.

Wonderful kind and caring staff. Felt safe and cared for at the accommodation. Nice balconies and beautiful courtyard. Great breakfast. Good starting location to see Cusco.

Bed was a bit squeaky, that’s the only negative.
