Goertz und Partner presents this charming house located in one of Empuriabrava's most sought-after areas, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. Set on a 612 m² plot, it features a large 29 m² swimming pool (8.5 m long x 3.5 m wide) and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining (barbecue available), sunbathe, or simply relax. Parking for two vehicles is also available on the property. This attractive house is ideal for a family of 10 and offers considerable privacy for couples staying there, thanks to its layout as two separate living spaces. The property comprises a large main house with an attached garage and a separate one-bedroom apartment.
The well-equipped main house features an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, as well as air conditioning. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa était très confortable, très bien équipée, bien placée et conforme à l annonce. L’agence et les propriétaires ont été très réactifs lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Merci à eux… expérience à renouveler, cette location a plu à tout le monde, jeunes et moins jeunes😉
