Excellent location and smvery kind staff.

A magical and wonderful place to relax with a family or a group of close friends. There is everything you need to live like at home, in five minutes there is a supermercato with food and fruit. Comfortable and silence place. Excellent Jacuzzi pool on site, air conditioning and all electronics work. And, of course, the constant noise of the waves of ocean day and night, which awakens the consciousness to get away from the hustle and work in harmony and enjoyment of nature. By the way, the neighboring restaurant is one of the best where we had dinner in Sri Lanka. And we also really hope that our night security is doing well and will be even better! Nice location with many facilities, actually i was bit worried about one review wrote by previous guest. but after i contact the property manager mano, he confirmed and promised me that everything will be re arranged before our check in and its just the start of the tourist season in that area. Mano kept his promise, made everything nice and ready for us. im so grateful for it. i stayed start of November 2022 and its just start of good season in this area. beach is appear again and its possible to swim there, nice surrounding and villa is well suited for a group of friends to spent time with fun, there are many nice places to visit around this villa and mano guide us to everywhere and gave travelling tips, and now many beach restaurants are opening for new season, and no problem with find nice and good places around. well recommended this villa

Lovely outside area and sit out.

It is located a little away from shops and the town. Hence the option of being able to order food in-house/ or have someone cook the food if it groceries were given would have been useful. Whist we were told that this could be done, they did not particularly want us to use this option. Natural light in the room we stayed and in the bathrooms was lacking. (No windows)
