Excellent location with sea views all around you; very comfortable, clean & nicely furnished; giant windows flooding the flat with light and ample cross-breeze, though AC units available too if needed; well equipped for all your needs; parking nearby; very near best gelato ever (Liparoti); most importantly Fabio is an excellent Host (a generous font of knowledge & local guidance) with timely, friendly & helpful replies.

Important to note that its top floor property, with stairs ONLY - do not bring large/heavy luggage (fortunately BA neglected to deliver our luggage for 9 days, so we had very little to carry up several flights of stairs 😉); outdoor bar 2 doors down on waterfront - great vibe for sunset watching - however, if loud music late afternoon into evening not your thing, this spot may not suit you (we ❤️ it).

Die Wohnung ist einfach super! Sie liegt in der schönen Altstadt direkt am Meer mit Meerblick in alle Richtungen und viel Licht. Das Gebäude selbst ist toll restauriert und die Wohnung auch und mit sehr viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Host, Fabio, hat uns tolle Tips für Trapani und Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es ein Gemüse/Obstverkäufer, eine ganz tolle Bar mit Livemusik und DJ und den allerbesten Blick auf dem Sonnenuntergang - oh und eine tolle Pizzeria! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

We loved the location, the bright rooms, the views from the balconies and the period details. Just a short walk to great restaurants and bars, and to swimming spots. Fabio, the host, was very generous with passing on great recommendations.

Not a don’t like as such, but the shower room is quite compact and not quite as special feeling as the rest of the apartment. It’s perfectly acceptable though.

Wohnraum hell und lichtdurchflutet, Ausblick in verschiedene Richtungen. Nur wenige Meter zu einer netten Bar mit Ausblick aufs Meer (Nicht die Bar, die der Vermieter empfiehlt. Hier hat man einen Ausblick auf einen Parkplatz).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist voller Flecken, eine Bettdecke ebenso. Sehr unhygienisch. Der Boden war nicht sauber, sondern staubig. Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es keine kleine Lampe, nur ein grelles Deckenlicht. Das Bad bietet wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Duschkabine sollte dringend erneuert werden. Olivenöl und Gewürze in der Küche sind teilweise seit 2024/2025 abgelaufen. Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht.
