I had a great stay here in the 1 bedroom studio. As other reviews have mentioned, the door is next to the outdoor seating of a restaurant and there will be noises but it didn't bother me at all. It got quiet shortly after midnight and mornings and siesta was pretty chill. Honestly, no noises bothered me. The staff were all super friendly and attentive to any needs. They went to buy new batteries within hours for the TV remote control and even if cleaning service was provided daily, they adapted to my wish to sleep in on certain days. The studio had everything I needed, a pantry and good sized refrigerator so I could prep breakfast. There was even cooking oil, salt, coffee and sugar. The airport suttle bus was for free, only 1 euro for parking fee. Communication via Whatsapp made things smooth. I even did laundry once. Yes the laundry machine is in the reception, use the Rapido 60 if you can't figure out the machine. There are 3 supermarkets walking distance and you might have to visit multiple ones depending on what to buy. Naher is open during siesta, Conhad and Max have more supplies but close for siesta and Conhad is closed on Sundays so check Google maps. The location is a 10/10 but make sure to visit restaurants off the main street or this street, like the area around Via della Cuba. You can walk by the same day around lunch time and make a reservation for later. But the main street is a tourist scam and there were long queues of people waiting outside of restaurants because they didn't have reservations. The best beach is the second public beach, Spiaggia della Pescheria which is 5 minutes walking distance. Water color is great there, it's not that big but there's somehow always room. Invest in a Parasol if you need shade, the shade by the wall disappears around 2pm. You can bring your own drinks to the beach, there is a beach bar but drinks are 9 euros.

Very steep stairs to navigate with large case. No room for a lift

The location was excellent. Very close to the main centre of town and all of the bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious.

There are states to reach the apartment and it was quite noisy due to the restaurant a floor below it. We also had some difficulties with the air conditioner which made it a bit too hot and stuffy in the apartment.

It was impossible to sleep, it was so noisy outside, in the middle of the night people were screaming+ there was noisy music. Driver from parking was 25 min late ( consider this if you go to the airport). I asked to not come to clean apartament, and they cleaned it.
