We particularly liked that the apartment could be heated within a short moment of time. This was important since it was permanently raining and we needed to get our wet clothes dried quickly. We also liked the reasonable collection of items for every day use. We also liked the nice view out of the windows into the landscape.
The first glance at the tower where the apartment was located in was a shocking experience. It would have been helpful to know how it looked like prior to arrival. But the house and floors were all clean.
