Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Balkon und einer guten Ausstattung. Schön renoviert und gemütlich. Der Balkon bietet am Morgen Sonne und im Laufe des Tages Schatten, sodass man ihn auch bei höheren Temperaturen noch gut nutzen kann. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Weg zum Kurhaus nicht weit. Bushaltestelle vor Ort. Allgemein ist von Ort aus alles gut zu erreichen.
Die Parksituation um die Anlage ist angespannt - dadurch weite Wege zum Auto. Gerade mit Gepäck oder Einkäufen

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit genutzt. Sie hat alles, was wir benötigten. Auf dem Balkon standen Outdoormöbel, auf denen man gemütlich chillen konnte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Gegend besonderes für Hunde Liebhaber geeignet. Wohnung war sauber.
Leider fehlen uns so ein paar Kleinigkeiten - Im Kinderzimmer keine Gardine - Leider keine Topflappen und Wischhandtücher vorhanden

Die FeWo war bezüglich des Mobiliars sehr schön eingerichtet Die Küche hatte alle nötigen Gegenstände für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war fut organisiert und problemlos.
Leider muss man gegen einem hohen Aufpreis die Bettwäsche zusätzlich zahlen, Hand- sowie Geschirrtücher waren ebenfalls nicht mitinbegriffen. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist nachts sehr sehr kühl (bei -5 Grad draußen), leider gab es dort keine Heizung. Fenster sind nicht ausreichend isoliert.
