The house has a big wooden terrace with the most fabulous view over the valley and the ocean. You can see the sunset from there. I could spend the whole day on that deck in one of those swings, tucked away neatly in my own world with a book and far-sweeping views. A view and a swing, the whole family around in a house with lots of space, a big deck for meals, conversations and everyone to just rest ... and your dog! What could be a better holiday!
This house boasts one enormous, bright, modern bathroom and 2 simpler, older ones that totally serve their purpose. Furniture and the kitchen are also a bit outdated. But it does not really matter. This house is a loved family holiday house. Renovating it would cause a lot of disruption. So, if this was a commercial holiday place, I would say, update it a little. As it is a beloved family holiday house, I say: Thank you for sharing it. It is happy place.

The location was great. There is a beautiful deck with an amazing view over the bay.
The kitchen and living space is very cramped, especially if you have more than 6 people. The oven upstairs has lost its picture on the dial so it's impossible to see what setting you are using.
