Firenze Rentals Ponte Vecchio Flat

Very clean, easy to access, kind and attentive personnel, location. The apartment has everything you need, and all details were amazing. Its wonderful!

Elevator NOT suitable for strollers/wheelchairs. And one more particular thing: There is a woman next door who screams random things and insults to all tourists in the apartment. Specially after 21:00. We were with our baby, not making any noise and she was still shouting things at us in a quite harrassing manner. A bit awkward and not comfortable, specially re. the price you pay. We understand that it must be terrible for her that the whole building is full of touristic apartments, but harassing individuals is not a solution to her problem. Its time Firenze Rentals takes some action.

Location is perfect, few minutes walk to the bridge Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is comfortable with all the facilities, air conditioning and good sound isolation. I was able to walk around to all the main places, listen to the music played by wonderful artists in the evening on the bridge or near other main places, reach the flat conveniently in night and sleep without any disturbance. The hosts are very professional, friendly and they offer an excellent luggage storage service. I hope to come back to the beautiful Florence city and stay here again.

Nothing

The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay in the famous road leading to the ponte vecchio(very close). It was very clean and the hosts are very friendly / welcome and we loved meeting them (even though we delayed our scheduled checkin and confused them).the location was very good in the middle of all Firenze and we love to visit again.

We did not find anything that made us uncomfortable. For anyone wishing for a quieter place this could be noisy but it did not bother us.

Excelente atendimento dos responsáveis pela locação. Apartamento bem localizado, com cozinha bem equipada.

O prédio não tem bom ambiente, devido a moradora do apartamento ao lado que gritava ofendendo a todos os turistas cada vez que alguém chegava ou saía do prédio. Na nossa partida, por exemplo, quando saímos com as malas nos perseguiu pela rua gritando. A locadora deveria tomar providências porque parece ser algo constante e anula todos os aspectos positivos do imóvel. Devido a isso, não voltaria e nem recomendo.
