Loved Apricale and location of this property

Location is excellent. Weather was warm so the fact we had no hot water and could not get TV was not a problem.

A kettle, some cups and glasses would improve things. Not sure if no hot water or TV was us being unfamiliar with Italy.

Unfortunately couldn’t turn the thermostat up so apartment was cold for our two night stay. Would have appreciated washing up liquid, tea towels and a few more bath towels.

Convenient, comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment in Apricale!

Excellent little apartment just on the Apricale main road. Very easy and convenient to find. Also, just at the entrance of the village. If you have heavy luggage, which we didn't (since we only stayed one night), easy to transport. The village is medieval and completely of stone, sometimes steep at times, and lots of steps everywhere! That's the charm but also not for heavy luggage. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was a bedroom with 2 beds for our daughter and we had the other bedroom. I loved the terrazzo floors, great shower, sitting area, all the balconies with gorgeous views of Apricale and Perinaldo, and the little garden is a plus too for those with little ones or dogs. We ate a delicious breakfast across the street at Apricus Osteria. Owner, Alberto, communicated by WhatsApp from the beginning with photos of how to find the apartment and keys. Since no one else was renting the apartment, he told us we could stay as long as we wanted on check-out day!

Not much. Too bad our stay was too short. No wi-fi for those might need it. We didn't but if you're staying longer, you might want it.

Superb

This apartment has a lot to offer. The host is very responsive and nice. It is very spacious. More than enough space for a family of 4. We love that our kids each get a separate bed. The location is perfect. Easy walk to visit Apricale and only a short drive to beautiful places like Dolceacqua and Rochetta Nervina. There's a freeparking lot very close by and we always find a spot there. The restaurant in front is very good.

The only things that I would say is that it would be very nice to have a better coffee machine available. There is one there but it is very very very old. One other point to consider for people sensitive to noise is that although the restaurant in front is very good and convenient, it is very loud at night. They were closed on our second night and we really appreciate a quieter night. All that being said, it is a very convenient accommodation for Apricale:)

Fantastic apartment - great views, cute garden.

Needed a ventilation in the bedroom. Its was so hot, and could not open the Windows because the restaurant was quit noisy. We travelled with a baby.

Nice appartment in a very nice town

The location of the house is perfect, not in the center but close enough to go walking and park site just behind. Views of the town from the balcony are great. The house is cosy and well decorated and a small garden with nice views as well. Very good communication with the anfitrion!! We would come here again!! :)

Just small things to improve: Would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen, and a new hair dryer (the current one does not work very well). Also pillows could be changed to a more comfortable ones.

Great stay, very spacious and one of the best gardens in the village

Great spacious apartment and garden. Our kids had enough space to run, play and pick grapes from the garden. The house was very clean and central near the village piazza. Also the host Alberto was very kind and helpful for anything you might need or for questions you might have about the village or region. Definitely recommended!

Apricale is a beautiful area of Italy and good for exploring the surrounding countryside.

The property was spacious and had a lovely garden. The owner's English was good and he responded quickly to any e-mails sent or questions we had. There were several good restaurants within walking distance of the property.

The property is next to the main road through Apricale and the traffic noise, which started at 06.00 in the morning, woke us up every day. The property had a leak in the kitchen but after we notified the owner he quickly arranged for a plumber to come and rectify the problem.

the owner was very nice and provided us with much useful information over text messages before we arrived, and we were free to ask anything to which he always swiftly responded. The location is awesome, 5 minute walk from the old village center. there were a microwave and fridge and even a private little garden.

the bath had good pressure and temperature, but it was a little hard not to create some mess in the shower.

Prachtige locatie!

De locatie was heel verrassend. We kwamen aanrijden over een smalle weg en zagen in de verte een dorpje op de punt van een berg. Heel apart, de huizen waren min of meer aan elkaar geplakt! Wij hadden deze overnachting op het laatste moment geboekt. Wij wisten ook niet waar we uit zouden komen... Het bleek later dat Apricale één van de oudste dorpjes van Italië is. Echt heel leuk! Heel bijzonder, we hebben enorm genoten!

Wat je kunt verwachten in zo'n dorpje, is natuurlijk dat het parkeren niet heel makkelijk was. Maar is toch gelukt!

Heel fijn appartement op een mooie locatie met uitzicht op Apricale. Het was heerlijk om ‘s avonds op het balkon te zitten! Fijn contact gehad met de verhuurder.

Giardino per la pace dei sensi

Il giardino è decisamente il valore aggiunto di questa casa! Utilissimo il garage a €10 a notte. Frigo piccolino ma funzionante. Alberto cortese e puntuale nello scambio informazioni su whatsapp.

Purtroppo certi dettagli non sono stati curati al meglio. L'avere solo un asciugamano da doccia e tre piccolini in due, calcolando che non c'era un tappetino in bagno e la doccia non ha nessuna protezione, ci è sembrato un po' poco. Rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato, coprimaterasso molto giusto, polvere qua e là... Dai che con qualche attenzione in più il vostro gioiellino brillerà ancora di più! :)

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien (auch mit Hund)

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage mit zwei Restaurants vis-a-vis und einem kurzen Spaziergang In den Ort ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappt herforragend (inclusive vieler Tipps für Restaurants etc.) Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt den hübschen Garten nicht nutzen
