About this apartment rental
This property in an ancient stone house is in the historic centre of Pigna, one of the several medieval villages of the Nervia valley. It has sun all the year being south faced. The apartment has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a panoramic balcony where you can have lunch/dinner, sunbathe or just enjoy the view of the beautiful nature of the Nervia valley and a terrace on the other side of the house. Beside the balcony there is the kitchen with a dinner table and next a small bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a fireplace and a flat TV where you can watch foreign channels. Upstairs under a high wooden ceilings there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds both and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has all modern appliances, kitchen utensils and centralized heating. Towels and bed sheets are provided as well as free wifi Internet. The historic centre of Pigna is only accessible on foot, but parking is just 150 meters away. Shops and restaurants are a 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment.
