Simple hotel with great location and good breakfast

Very good location middle in the centre and walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was great for the price. The personnel was very nice. The rooms were fine for the price (spacious, comfortable bed 1,40 m)

We were a group of 10 (girl) friends and booked 5 double rooms Before check in, we were offered to get one appartment with kitchen and living room instead of some rooms. We were happy because it was raining and we got a living room, kitchen and refrigerator, so we could enjoy with some games and drinks for some time. But at the other hand the appartment had musty smell and one of the rooms was onderground. So if not raining, better to have the double rooms.

Very good breakfast. The room was nicely decorated. It was well-placed, and the staff was very helpful. It was ok for 2 stars hotel.

The bed clothes were rather old, but clean, ok for the hotel category.

Cozy hotel, centrally located in Blankenberge

Comfortable room. Great location, close to station, centrum and tram. Execptional breakfast! Owner and his wife super friendly. Great vibe in small cafe / pub of the hotel.

Sunny side up

Hotel Chaplin is very well located, a stone's throw from the beach and right next to the harbour of Blankenberge. The room was comfortable, clean, pretty and cosy. The bedding, be it pillow, duvet, or mattress I found superbly pleasant. What a joy to sleep in. We were received in a very welcoming manner. The owner is a very kind Peruvian man who speaks excellent French and Dutch. I am not the night type person but the bar on the ground floor was a lively place that seemed frequented by locals which is always a good sign. Blankenberge is the seaside resort of your childhood memories. My grandmother took me to Blankenberge when I was a little girl. It's full of family fun. There are still a ton of little shops and boutiques that will tickle your shopper's curiosity. Blankenberge is laid back and very democratic. 🏝🤸‍♂️🍹 The belle epoque architecture of certain houses is definitely something you want to look out for too. It takes you back in time. Retro is definitely part of the atmosphere too here.

Great even in Corona time

Nice room. We were there while restaurants and cafes were closed so we really enjoyed having the opportunity to order dinner at the hotel and the food was very good. Table + 2 chairs made a small dinning space. Minibar to keep cold drinks... Breakfast was brought in our room at requested time and was also very good.

The toilet was very close to the wall and low, not very comfortable... but that’s not where you want to spend much time... not such a big issue

Amazing hotel with very warm and welcoming staff! The hotel is well positioned and is very comfortable. It has everything you need and the staff is always ready to meet your wishes and requirements. Also, the breakfast was nice. I would 100% recommend this place.

Weeral topverblijf.

Heel vriendelijke familie die dit prachtig uitbaat en doet. Ook kan je terecht in het café om iets te drinken, gezellig daar. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijke Nanu die zorgt dat je niets te kort komt.

Niets, kennen de uitbaters al jaren en we komen telkens terug wanneer we in Blankenberge logeren.

Ontbijt bestond uit croissant 2pistolets een eitje paar schijfjes charcuterie en 2tassen koffie.

Kamer was koud.gordijnen hangen kapot aan het raam.overgordijnen zijn heel vies.de douchegordijn vuil en beschimmeld

Le personnel très gentil et avenant. La propreté des chambres au top et une literie très confortable. Un hôtel 2 étoiles calme et reposant. Son emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la plage.
