Assenza totale di traffico, posizione tranquilla, proprietari disponibili e molto cordiali. Prezzo adeguato, possibilità di pagare con bonifico e rilascio di regolare ricevuta da parte della struttura. Parcheggio sempre disponibile anche in agosto. Zona sicura, ci si può dimenticare di chiudere la porta a chiave.
Posizione periferica, si raggiunge con una strada sterrata e polverosa, Difficile raggiungere il centro a piedi, se non per una emergenza.
