It’s a perfect apartment for those who look for a calm holiday to rest!

First of all, the apartment was so clean and the neighbourhood was in a calm area and you could reach to the beach in 5 minutes by walking. The beach next to apartment is so clean and the water has beautiful colour. The contact with owner was so easy, he let us do check in earlier after long and tiring flight. He took care about equipment in the apartment, there was everything we need. We enjoyed our staying 😊

There was only small problem about water on the floor after taking a shower. We always had a small flood there but you can easily wipe the floor after taking a shower. But in overall, there were no problems 😊

Great localization, just next to the beach, shops around, great connection with the city via bus - the bus stop is very close to the local as well

Unfortunately, it was quite hard to communicate with the host, as he wasn't speaking English fluently - but the translate and messages through booking were a solution to this problem

Good staying.

Really clean and big enough house, good balcony as well, good wifi connection to work from. 30 seconds walking from the sea and a bus stop, good locations. 40min walking from Zadar city centre too, really nice walk. Mirko, the host, was really welcoming and waited for us without problem for 2 hours as our flight got cancelled.

Bed was a bit small.

Perfect.

Superb value for money with the apartment having everything you could need. Beautiful location almost on the waterside with beach, convenience store and bar literally 2 minutes walk away. Bus stop even nearer for bus to Zadar dropping off short walk to the entrance to the maze like old town.

Absolutely nothing to dislike although be warned Google maps is essential to find the apartment after a day out as all the buildings look similar and only recognisable by the host's car outside.

very pretty and have everything you need. A bit far from city center but positioned near great beaches and playgrounds for children.

The wc had a little unpleasant smell sometimes but nothing to stinky and it was coming in moments.

SECOND VISIT

Liked all as all needs were provided for on my second visit to this property ! Diklo is a very pretty suburb of Zadar ! Apartment was clean, cosy, comfy, calm and convenient and Mirko, the host always on hand to assist. Wonderful for walks along coastline path for kilometers !

Clean apartment with basic kitchen in the quiet residential neighborhood of Diklo. It's only 5 minutes walking to the beach. It has a nice covered terrace - perfect to eat or read a book. There are small supermarkets within walking distance and larger ones a bit further.

The property was in a great location, right next to the beach. The place was spacious and clean. The host was very kind, he even picked us up from the bus station.

We didn’t have any towels for bathroom or dishes, but luckily we had our own.

One of the best places with a great host to stay when you are in Zadar !

The host Mirkov is a great person. He picked and dropped us at the airport and was always available for any kind of requests we had. The location is excellent with the bus stop, beaches, markets and several restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great experience.

Una ubicación privilegiada a un precio accesible

La ubicación, a 300 m de la playa y la tranquilidad del balneario, Dicklo. A 15 minutos de la ciudad histórica. El dueño, Mirko, si bien no habla español, se mostró muy amable en todo momento. Nos comunicamos por el traductor de Google porque no habla inglés ni español.

Quizás le falta algún electrodoméstico como lavarropa, o aire acondicionado en los dormitorios. Pero sabíamos a lo que ibamos.
