Perfect location, near a beach and shop with cafe/bars in easy walking distance. ~€10 to get to old town €25-35 to airport. Nice, big balcony. Fridge in the room. Nice friendly host.

Stanza funzionale e comoda per il mare, ma datata

La struttura è datata, ma funzionale. La vista dal balcone è meravigliosa. Gli host sono stati molto gentili con noi. Il parcheggio è privato e non in strada. La zona è molto tranquilla.

Si accede alle stanze tramite scale, non è presente l’ascensore. Suggerisco una miglior pulizia degli scarichi delle docce e di indicare per ciascuna stanza se la cucina è in comune: la stanza che abbiamo prenotato presentava delle foto in cui la cucina era nella stanza e quindi privata, mentre una volta fatto il check-in abbiamo scoperto che era in comune tra due stanze. Non è stato un grosso problema perché ci siamo coordinati, ma è doveroso informare i clienti.

La terrazza vista mare è molto gradevole anche per stendere asciugamani e sedersi fuori alla sera. Il materasso molto comodo. Wifi sempre funzionante. 600mt da: spiaggia/bar/panetteria/market/fermata bus/noleggio bici e scooter.

Zona seduta wc stretta se sei di grandi dimensioni come noi.

Задар це чудове місто! Умови туризму ще слабкого рівня.

Приміщення гарне, чисте, просторий балкон з чудовим видом на море. До моря 5-7хв, назад під гірку, чуть довше. Пляж тихий спокійний, сподобався більше ніж міський. Дуже гарна природа і краєвиди, море чисте. Саме місто дуже сподобалось, чудова атмосфера, архітектура, набережна, пляжі.

В кімнаті не було центрального світла, тільки одна бра біля ліжка, а друга звисала на кабелі зломана. У душі стік забитий, тільки гель для душу і мило для рук. Не було зазначено що кухня загальна, на декілька кімнат. На кухні дуже мало посуду, готовити майже ні вчому, плита працює на 2 режими, включити, виключити, мікрохвильовки, кофеварки не має. Кухня дуже маленька з маленьким віконцем і без витяжки, поки щось готуєш дихати нічим. Дуже великий мінус з транспортом, автобуси раз на годину, а то і ріже, ходять не по графіку. Продуктових магазинів дуже мало, ті що маленькі, дуже дорогі і малий вибір, а супермаркети в центрі, далеко і більше в доступі для поїздки на машині. Окрема тема по морепродуктам! В кафе, ресторанах ціна за тарілку захмарна, а купити свіжі морепродукти тільки в окремих рибних магазинах в центрі до 12 дня і то швидко розбирають. В супермаркетах майже всі морепродукти заморожені і не великий асортимент.

Fajny, czysty pokoik z balkonem. Mega plusem był parking na terenie posesji. Pokój posiadał mikro aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko czego potrzeba, co było bardzo fajnym udogodnieniem. Wygodne łóżko też bardzo na plus.

Piękny widok, wygodne duże łóżko, ciepła woda, kuchnia w pokoju do prywatnego użytku (chociaż niektóre z pokoi miały kuchnie wspólną na korytarzu), klimatyzacja

jedno z łóżek było baaardzo skrzypiące, w kuchni był tylko garnek do gotowania i jedna mała patelnia - niestety na patelni nie było opcji żeby ugotować obiad dla dwóch osób. Przydałaby się jedna wieksza patelnia dodatkowo.
