This is a nice apartment, right in the middle of St Emilion with a local very friendly host. Convenient parking was available for a fee. Note that you will need to be good at navigating medieval streets confidently to effectively use the parking. Breakfast can be ordered and provided for a fee.
The apartment is up a set of starts and the bedroom itself is up another set of stairs, so travelers will need to be able to navigate the stairs. Air conditioner is located on the lower floor and, as of June 2026, there is no fan to help circulate the cool air to the bedroom on the upper floor. During the June 2026 heatwave, it wasn't cold in the bedroom, but it was cool enough to sleep.

The location is great in the middle of an old village. It is better to arrive with small car, but parking is infront of the app. The temperature in the app was superb-renovated app in the old house made of stone. Outside was 39, inside great-the aircond upstairs. Very small kitchen for cooking, but ok.
The only thing are very steep stairs to the bedroom-and the toilet is only downstairs.

Location was excellent ( in the middle of town essentially )
Service was good ( staff was very helpful with good recommendation)
Place was dirty ( a cup of milk in the microwave, dirty towels, sharp objections on the floor, last renters food in the fridge ), floor not vacuumed
