Tiene buena ubicación.
Fueron muy amables por mensaje, pero ya directo en el hotel muy mala actitud. Mi habitación estaba súper sucia del piso, mis pies estaban negros del polvo de la habitación, percheros rotos, toallas viejas y tardaba mucho en salir agua caliente. Se le aviso a recepción de la habitación sucia y dijo que no tenían personal para limpiar. De igual manera se solicitó una cobija porque era temporada de frío, la cual me dijeron que no tenían. Cómo no pueden tener cobijas para todas las habitaciones siendo una ubicación de frío y más sabiendo que tenían ocupación llena, deberían tener una cobija por habitación, mínimo. Luego al hacer check out me tuvieron esperando hasta que revisaran la habitación, me tuvieron como 20 min en recepción sin darme salida por esta situación.
