great location and very clean i traveled all over the world and this was one of the best apartments i have ever stayed at. Just have in mind that Mallorca is really warm in the summer
the only issue was the hot temperature, there are fans on the ceiling but they don’t work as much as they should. So the only thing we didn’t like was the heat. i would recommend to the owner to buy an a/c

Good location and has everything you need kitchen with essentials, a fan, balcony, washing machine, kettle microwave it’s good
I don’t think the bed sheets were clean. we washed them and the conditions of the pillows were disgusting. One of the bed covers had a red stain. If it weren’t for that this place is really good. It does not have AC, nights were really hot and endless… I am sure previous tenants left toiletries and toilet paper so as we, however it seemed to be taken and left only 1 toilet paper roll and soap dishwasher nothing else other than that the place is worth it at try in cooler weeks

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, noisy neighbors (because of the thin walls)

Aircon could be better in The hotter months or maybe 2 big fans
