If you are looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a luxurious villa of architect conducive to well being and meditation, this recent contemporary villa made of a subtle blend of contemporary style, clean Balinese architecture with tropical villas and finest materials found on the island, you will fill. This magnificent villa is located just 5 minutes from Seminyak and the famous Oberoi street where you can enjoy the best restaurants, shops and bars. The 220 m2 of the villa consisting of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living room on a beautiful infinity pool 14m x 4m, adjacent to a landscaped garden of beauty. The evening aperitif taken in the private lounge of the pool, can be enhanced by the numerous outdoor lighting of the pool and garden. You will have at your leisure many chairs, two skin submerged in the pool.
The villa has many amenities included: housekeeper, pool maintenance, gardener, security 24/24, daily cleaning, first breakfast offered (others with involvement in food costs), airport transfer.
The manager may perform other services with charge: car rental with driver, scooter, cook, massages at home, babysitter, rafting, surfing, fishing, diving, golf, lives, visits to Gili Islands, Lombok , temples, volcanoes, etc.

Lovely villa in a quiet street in Seminyak. 15/20 minute to ‘Eat street’ and approx 30 minute walk to the beach. Bluebird taxis are cheap to use and very handy. Just download the app to order or hail them in the street. However worth noting that you cannot order one to pick you up at the Villa, it can only be a drop off at the Villa. There’s a sign near the top of the road saying they are not permitted beyond that point for pick ups, drop offs only. The security at the top of the road has taxi drivers there every night and they harass you constantly on your way out asking if you want transport. We found it very unpleasant and intimidating.
The villa itself is lovely and kept very clean by the housekeeper. It’s lovely and quiet so perfect for relaxing by the pool. The photos in the ad don’t do it justice.
Would definitely recommend this villa.

This villa is unbelievable. This pictures do not do it justice; it really is beautiful and in a great location! Iluh, the housekeeper, is lovely and helpful and keeps the place spotless!
