The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. I had to be in that particular area of Hwasung and wanted to use public transportation for my daily commute. The hotel was at an excellent spot for that. Being close to a shopping center was also a big advantage. The room was cleaned daily and offered ample space. It was provided with an air conditioning unit that you could set yourself. There was also an LG tromm styler in the room which was good enough to keep my daily clothes clean and fresh.

The room was too dark. Even though it had a patio like area, there was no daylight. This made the overall experience a bit dark and depressing. I could have stayed a little longer if it were not for this.

Location, convenient, cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet. Good value for money.

No breakfast or food service at all, despite breakfast being advertised on multiple reservation sites AND on in-room materials. Room lighting is very odd, making it difficult to work and impossible to shave.
