    My first stay 3 weeks ago was satisfying. A friend booked a room for 3 nights at the going rate and it was airy bright and perfectly clean. I loved the accommodation so much that I immediately booked 4 night stay on Agoda paying the same rate. My current stay (room 508) is a huge letdown. Check in was difficult, the lobby was overcrowded due to an event making the elevator wait over 10 minutes. The room quality is unacceptable, room 508 is dark, gets no sunlight and window faces a building/dark alley. It is not the bright, high quality room I received just weeks ago for the exact same price. The lack of consistency in the rooms booked on Agoda is disappointing
