Near to nearby attraction. Shuttle van is provided by the hotel, although the drop off were abit further than expected. The manager was very helpful & can speak English well.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel, and I would never stay here again. First, the bathroom was honestly disgusting. There was visible mold throughout the bathroom, and when I brought it up to the hotel staff, I was told that it was because the weather had been very hot and humid. I understand that humidity can contribute to mold, but this was clearly not something that developed from missing a day or two of cleaning. The condition of the bathroom made me uncomfortable every single time I had to use it. Second, the pool experience was extremely disappointing. The swimming pool is advertised as an amenity, but once you're there, you have to pay an additional 10,000 KRW to use a poolside bed and 2,000 KRW for a towel. On top of that, the pool closes at 6 PM. For something promoted as a hotel amenity, I found the additional charges and limited hours ridiculous. We stayed in Building B, which is located up a very steep hill. If you're traveling with multiple suitcases, be prepared—it is extremely inconvenient. Thankfully, our taxi driver was incredibly kind and drove us all the way up to Building B when we arrived. When we were leaving, a very kind hotel shuttle driver also helped us with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. However, when we asked the hotel about transportation assistance, the hotel staff simply told us that they do not provide that type of service. The kindness of those individual drivers was one of the few positive parts of our stay. Lastly, I would NOT recommend paying for the hotel's BBQ. We paid over 80,000 KRW and received a surprisingly small amount of meat for the price. There are other restaurants within walking distance, and I would strongly recommend walking down the hill and eating somewhere else instead. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Between the moldy bathroom, unexpected pool charges, inconvenient location of Building B, and overpriced BBQ, I cannot recommend staying here. The bathroom condition alone was enough to make me never want to return. I genuinely felt disgusted every time I had to use it. I would not stay here again.
