Amei a localização, o atendimento no whatsapp e na recepção, os quartos, roupas tudo muito bom. Muito confortável, o quarto tinha vista para o lago e o nascer do sol entre araucárias, foi maravilhoso!

Depois que trocaram minha acomodação, o quarto tinha aquecimento e o chuveiro com água quente. Era um quarto reformado, bem diferente do primeiro.
Primeiro quarto que fui colocada era tudo muito velho, aquecimento não funcionava, chuveiro não esquentava, fazendo 7º em Gramado. A localização e o espaço externo são muito bonitos.
