Staff are friendly. Hot water did not come in tap in morning but after some discussion the front office care taker brought hot water in bucket for my sister and me. Small cockroaches running in room and bathroom is disturbing snd needs good pest control. They arranged good Marithi Ecco their van to visit Mangalagiri 2 temples, TTD Balaji and Amaravathi Amaralingeshwarar temples and good driver. Good breakfast by 8 am

No hot water, taps were leaking, no drinking water no staff to recieve and they don't have information about the booking also Food okok
