The apartment Vista Panoramica is in first line to the beach and only a few meters away from the beautiful beach promenade of Armação de Pêra. This apartment is situated on the 9th floor and has a gorgeous view of the sea. The apartment has been renovated completely in 2018 and is equipped in a charming way. The living room is connected with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern features and has its own dining area.
. From your bedroom that includes a double bed, you also have a magnificent sea view as well as a small balcony. The modern bathroom has a shower. This apartment disposes of satellite TV (Astra satellite), and fast fiber optic internet and air conditioner. There is currently a construction site nearby, and there may be construction noise during the day. Prices have therefore already been reduced by 20%.
There are many shops and restaurants directly in front of your door. You only have to cross the street and you will reach the ample sandy beach after only 40 m as well as the unique little bays of Armação de Pêra.
The monthly price in winter is incl. 2 intermediate cleanings.

Mega Urlaub tolle Unterkunft es war zuunserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort nochmal buchen im nächsten Jahr. Ihr braucht keine Sekunde zu überlegen alles ist super gelaufen mit check in Check out mega Urlaub.

Apartment has everything you need on your holiday and the sea view is priceless from the 2 balconies. Location is just outside the city center in front of a beatiful beach.
